These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Mikalyzed Garage LLC website and related services, including our transactional SMS program. By using the website or opting in to messages, you agree to the applicable terms below.

SMS messaging program

Program name: Mikalyzed Garage Service Updates

Mikalyzed Garage sends transactional messages related to automotive service you request. Messages may include repair status updates, ready-for-pickup notices, estimate review and approval links, invoice and payment links, and replies to your questions about your service. All texts come from (786) 756-4015. We do not use this program for marketing or promotional messages.

How to opt in

You can opt in to texts from Mikalyzed Garage in any of these ways:

On our website: sign up at mikalyzedgarage.com/text-updates. Enter your mobile number and check the box agreeing to texts from Mikalyzed Garage.
At the shop: when you drop off your vehicle, our staff will ask whether you agree to texts and read you the key terms (shown on our text updates page). We turn on texts only after you say yes, and we record your mobile number, the date and time, and the staff member who asked.
By text: text START to (786) 756-4015. By sending START, you confirm that you control the mobile number and agree to receive transactional texts from Mikalyzed Garage.

After you opt in, we text you a confirmation. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency, charges, and delivery

Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may depend on your carrier and device.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After you opt out, we may send one confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, email info@mikalyzedgarage.com, or call (786) 756-4015.

Privacy

We handle information as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.

Estimates and repair authorization

Website and text-message information is provided for convenience. An estimate is not a final invoice, and receiving an estimate does not authorize work. Repair authorization is limited to the specific work and amount you approve through the method presented by Mikalyzed Garage. Additional work requires additional approval.

Website use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. Website content is provided for general information and may change. Service availability, timing, pricing, and vehicle suitability must be confirmed directly with the shop.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date will appear above. Continued use of the website or messaging program after an update means the revised terms apply to future use.
